How Does ArtistOnGo Work?

Whether you’re a commission stylist or an independent stylist, the way ArtistOnGo works is probably new to you.

While we’re the best option for independent stylists (or those who want to switch from commission to independent) there are a few important things to know before getting started with us.

First, there is no “Artist On Go Salon” — instead, we partner with premier salons around NYC and Miami, work with the salon owners, and help them fill their empty chairs with independent stylists from our community. The stylists best suited to work with us are those who are only looking to rent a chair for the actual time they are working. Our plans are available to rent by the hour, day, or week — we do not offer full 30 day month rental.

Although our artists don’t “own” their space in salons, we do help you find a salon that fits your vibe and feels like home where your clients can get a wonderful experience. We offer almost all amenities including storage, backbar, refreshments, and more.

Once we find you a salon that fits your needs (location, budget, etc) we help you build your customizable rental plan based on your book so you’re only paying for the actual time used behind the chair.
